ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Mosaic Life Care Foundation is changing things up. The Board of Trustees approved a change that will make the emPowerU educational programming free of charge through the next five years for school districts in the region.
Program Operations Director Devran Brower told KXCV/KRNW that one of the programs they offer is civic immersion, for grades six through eight.
